ABOUT US

Ampeptec is a peptide drug company developing multiple innovative long-acting peptides to improve patients’ comfort and quality of life.

Our APT3711 GLP-1 receptor agonist is a potential once a month injection and once a week oral drug for the treatment of diabetes and obesity. APT3711 has demonstrated twice the longer half-life as compared to Semaglutide. We believe that APT3711 GLP-1 receptor agonist would be the best-in-class for obesity as well as diabetes treatment as compared to commercially available once-weekly injection, daily consumed oral drugs, and other GLP-1 receptor agonist candidates in development.

Ampeptec is the sole company in the world that has developed a chemical synthesis of insulin that allows us to incorporate unnatural amino acids into insulin sequences for better stability and twice the longer half-life. We are developing APT3598, the 4th generation insulin analog as a once-weekly injection drug for diabetes.
